There is a lot at stake when it comes to buying or selling your home, both financially and personally. As a trusted and proven real estate agent, I understand that buying and/or selling is a complex and deeply personal process for my clients. My understanding of the market, the process, and all the variables involved in real estate transactions gives me perspective on my responsibility toward my clients and drives me to continue to be an expert in the business. I am dedicated to ensuring you feel supported and comfortable throughout the entire process.
 
My secret sauce, and the reason for my 5-star client reviews: directness, transparency, stylish home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track both calmly and professionally. This ability is a part natural instinct for me and part commitment to advancing my education and pursuing ongoing training through my brokerage. A lot of what agents do sounds similar on paper, but what varies significantly is how they do it and the resulting outcomes their clients experience.
 
As a seller, you want to effectively and beautifully market your home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. And as a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help you buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where I step in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager.
 
After I was involved in a challenging real estate transaction when purchasing my home, a passion was sparked for helping others through the process by utilizing my strengths of detail and organization. I obtained my real estate license, so I can help clients on a more personal level with confidence and trust.
 
While I enjoy country life now, I grew up in Dubuque, Iowa before moving to Kansas City in 1991. My in-depth knowledge of both rural and city life allows me to offer both perspectives when working with different kinds of buyers and sellers. If asked to describe myself, I would say I am creative, motivated, and trustworthy, all qualities that make me a great agent for you.
 
When I am not working on my real estate business, you can usually find me enjoying life by camping, fishing, or playing outside. I enjoy spending time with my husband, twin girls, and other family and friends at our eleven-acre home in Edgerton, KS.
